履帶移動破碎機的常見五種驅動方式,性能和原理詳細解說

履帶移動(dong)(dong)破(po)碎(sui)機是(shi)集受料、破(po)碎(sui)、篩分(fen)(fen)、除鐵、輸送等(deng)工(gong)藝為一(yi)體的設備(bei),由受料系統(tong)(tong)、給料系統(tong)(tong)、破(po)碎(sui)系統(tong)(tong)、動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)、輸送系統(tong)(tong)、行(xing)走系統(tong)(tong)、液壓系統(tong)(tong)等(deng)組(zu)成。其中,動(dong)(dong)力(li)(li)系統(tong)(tong)是(shi)履帶移動(dong)(dong)破(po)碎(sui)機的心臟(zang),主要有(you)直接驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)+液壓驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)、直接驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)+電(dian)(dian)力(li)(li)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)、全液壓驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)、市電(dian)(dian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)、柴電(dian)(dian)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)等(deng)5種驅(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)方式,本文將(jiang)一(yi)一(yi)進行(xing)分(fen)(fen)析比較(jiao)。

  履帶移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)破碎(sui)機是(shi)集受(shou)(shou)料、破碎(sui)、篩分(fen)、除(chu)鐵、輸(shu)送(song)等工藝為(wei)一(yi)體的設備,由受(shou)(shou)料系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、給料系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、破碎(sui)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、動(dong)(dong)(dong)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、輸(shu)送(song)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、行(xing)走系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)、液(ye)壓(ya)系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)等組成。其中,動(dong)(dong)(dong)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)(tong)是(shi)履帶移(yi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)破碎(sui)機的心臟,主(zhu)要有(you)直(zhi)接(jie)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)+液(ye)壓(ya)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、直(zhi)接(jie)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)+電(dian)力驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、全液(ye)壓(ya)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、市電(dian)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)、柴電(dian)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)等5種驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方式,本文將一(yi)一(yi)進行(xing)分(fen)析比(bi)較。

  


  1、直(zhi)接驅動+液壓驅動

  方式以柴(chai)油機(ji)為動(dong)力源,通過分動(dong)箱分出2個(ge)輸(shu)(shu)出端(duan)。主輸(shu)(shu)出端(duan)連接離(li)合器或者(zhe)液(ye)力耦合器,用于驅動(dong)破碎主機(ji);另一輸(shu)(shu)出端(duan)驅動(dong)液(ye)壓泵組完成行(xing)走、給料、輸(shu)(shu)送(song)、輔助裝(zhuang)置折疊等動(dong)作。


  直接驅動(dong)+液壓驅動(dong)是目(mu)前國內外的(de)主流驅動(dong)方(fang)式,如(ru)徐(xu)工(gong)、美卓(zhuo)、華寶(bao)礦機、山特(te)維克、克林曼、凱斯特(te)等履帶式移動(dong)破碎站生產廠家,都有(you)這種驅動(dong)方(fang)式的(de)產品。

  


  該種(zhong)(zhong)驅動方(fang)(fang)式(shi)布局(ju)緊湊、傳遞效率高,但是其(qi)驅動方(fang)(fang)式(shi)比市(shi)電驅動使(shi)用(yong)成本(ben)增加較多,這是配置該種(zhong)(zhong)驅動方(fang)(fang)式(shi)的(de)破碎篩(shai)分(fen)成套設備(bei)進行推(tui)廣(guang)的(de)最大(da)制約因素。

  2、直接(jie)驅動+電力(li)驅動   此驅動方式以柴(chai)油機為(wei)動力(li)源,通過分動箱分出3個(ge)輸(shu)出端:

   主輸出(chu)端(duan)連接離合器(qi)或者液力耦合器(qi)驅動破(po)碎主機;

   另(ling)一(yi)輸(shu)出端連(lian)接泵(beng)組,驅動履帶行(xing)(xing)走以及其他(ta)液(ye)壓執行(xing)(xing)機構;

   第三個輸出(chu)端驅動(dong)(dong)發電(dian)機(ji),通過電(dian)動(dong)(dong)機(ji)完成給(gei)料、輸送(song)等動(dong)(dong)作。

   直接驅動加電力驅動方式工(gong)作流程(cheng)如圖4所(suo)示。

  


  直(zhi)接(jie)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)加(jia)(jia)電(dian)力驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)應用也較(jiao)多(duo),如(ru)RM、克(ke)林(lin)曼(man)等履帶移動(dong)(dong)破(po)碎機生產廠家都(dou)有這(zhe)種驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)方式(shi)的產品。   該驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)方式(shi)比直(zhi)接(jie)驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)加(jia)(jia)液壓驅(qu)(qu)(qu)(qu)動(dong)(dong)方式(shi),在后期維護(hu)方面更加(jia)(jia)方便。但是由于行走系統(tong)功率(lv)較(jiao)大,造成(cheng)其(qi)泵組型號(hao)較(jiao)大,導致生產成(cheng)本增加(jia)(jia)很多(duo),且整機布局要求較(jiao)高。另外由于采用柴油機為(wei)動(dong)(dong)力源,使用成(cheng)本也較(jiao)高。

  3、全液(ye)(ye)壓驅動   全液(ye)(ye)壓驅動方式以柴(chai)油(you)機為動力源,通過串聯泵(beng)組(zu)為液(ye)(ye)壓系統提供壓力油(you)。其(qi)(qi)中破碎主機由(you)單獨變量柱塞泵(beng)驅動,其(qi)(qi)他(ta)執行機構由(you)其(qi)(qi)余(yu)的泵(beng)組(zu)、閥組(zu)控(kong)制,其(qi)(qi)工作(zuo)流程(cheng)如圖5所示。

  


  全(quan)液壓驅動方(fang)式在美卓生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)的(de)履(lv)帶移動破碎機產(chan)(chan)品上的(de)應用較為(wei)成熟。

  該驅動(dong)(dong)方式產品生產成本較(jiao)低(di),結構(gou)布置較(jiao)為容易(yi),控制較(jiao)為簡單。其(qi)制約因(yin)素主要(yao)是破碎主機啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)時扭矩(ju)很(hen)大(da),正(zheng)常運轉時轉速又較(jiao)高,因(yin)此(ci)這種(zhong)驅動(dong)(dong)方式多(duo)應(ying)用(yong)在小型移動(dong)(dong)式破碎站產品上(shang)。   此(ci)外,該種(zhong)驅動(dong)(dong)方式對液(ye)壓件性能要(yao)求較(jiao)高,很(hen)多(duo)液(ye)壓零部(bu)件需要(yao)從(cong)國外進口,因(yin)此(ci)使用(yong)成本較(jiao)高。

  4、市電(dian)驅動(dong)   采用(yong)市電(dian)驅動(dong)方(fang)式的履帶移動(dong)破碎機,其行走系(xi)統由(you)柴油機帶動(dong)液壓泵組(zu)驅動(dong)行走馬達完成行走動(dong)作,其他(ta)執(zhi)行機構(gou)全部由(you)市電(dian)驅動(dong)。其工作流程如圖6所示。

  


  市(shi)電(dian)驅(qu)動方(fang)式(shi)的(de)最大優點,在于使用成本低。另外,其結(jie)構布置(zhi)空間較(jiao)大、后(hou)期維護性(xing)較(jiao)好。   這種(zhong)驅(qu)動方(fang)式(shi)的(de)履帶移動破碎機基(ji)本為國內生產,如南(nan)昌(chang)礦機。半移動式(shi)破碎站也多(duo)采用這種(zhong)驅(qu)動方(fang)式(shi)。市(shi)電(dian)驅(qu)動方(fang)式(shi)的(de)制約因素(su)是使用范圍較(jiao)小,在礦山開(kai)采及建筑廢棄物處理工地需要配置(zhi)電(dian)纜線。

  5、柴(chai)電(dian)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)   柴(chai)電(dian)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)方式(shi)采用市電(dian)或者柴(chai)油發(fa)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)組作為(wei)動(dong)力源,執(zhi)行機(ji)(ji)構(gou)中,行走采用電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)加液(ye)壓泵組驅(qu)(qu)動(dong),其他執(zhi)行機(ji)(ji)構(gou)采用電(dian)動(dong)機(ji)(ji)驅(qu)(qu)動(dong)。其工作流程如圖7所示。

  


  柴(chai)電驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方式(shi)好(hao)比汽車的(de)插電式(shi)混合(he)動(dong)(dong)(dong)力驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong),是履帶移動(dong)(dong)(dong)破(po)碎機的(de)發(fa)展方向。這種驅(qu)動(dong)(dong)(dong)方式(shi)的(de)履帶移動(dong)(dong)(dong)破(po)碎機,在(zai)大型(xing)(xing)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)中可(ke)接市電以降低使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)成本,在(zai)小型(xing)(xing)工(gong)程(cheng)(cheng)中可(ke)使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)柴(chai)油機,使(shi)(shi)用(yong)(yong)(yong)起(qi)來靈活(huo)方便。
